There's No Need to Fear... Underdog is Here!

Two nights ago we watched the movie Underdog (2007) on DVD. It was REALLY good. I especially liked the scenes with Polly Purebred. She was pretty hot! My puppyraiser thought it was funny that I watched intently ever time Polly was on screen.

My puppyraiser is pretty old and she said she still remembers watching the cartoon version of Underdog when she was a kid. The cartoon version came out in 1964... dang, my puppyraiser is REALLY old! [Side note by puppyraiser: That's BEFORE I was born!]. Uh, huh...

Anyways, the story is about a beagle named Shoeshine Boy. When villains threaten, Shoeshine Boy ducks into telephone booths where he transforms into the caped and costumed hero, Underdog. He is quite the poet and usually speaks in rhymes. Here's the theme song from the cartoon version of Underdog:
When criminals in this world appear,
And break the laws that they should fear,
And frighten all who see or hear,
The cry goes up both far and near for
Underdog! Underdog! Underdog! Underdog!
Speed of lightning! Roar of thunder!
Fighting all who rob or plunder!
Underdog! Underdog! Underdog!

Underdog rocks! I wanna have a theme song too!

Carlo, you definitely need a theme song. First, what are your super powers? Able to review use cases in a single boung? Able to sleep for long periods of time without interruption? Able to smile at the drop of a hat? We'll have to work something up for you!
